To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情時期、生意難做、我相信大家也明白、不過難道食物質數也下降?本人不是第一次來、之前食物味道還不錯、今次真失望🙄湯少暖、炒飯少暖、點心想再order多一次、總是回覆:沒有了😕不問客人飮甚麼茶、就隨便取一壺來?究竟發生什麼問題呢?是價錢降了、質數也降了嗎?任點的意思是任點一次???珍惜當下珍惜食物 (我只欣賞這兩句)
