To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 好耐冇入元朗行,今日專程入去搵朋友及搵嘢食,因之前聽說元朗一帶很多美食,所以便走咗去呢間叫做「夏捌月」的餐廳看見這門口,想不到原來這個裝飾櫃便是入口店鋪細細餐牌也迎合10分精緻店鋪的裝修10分骨子頭盤當然是來一個美味的餐湯,使胃口更能打開先來一個板燒鑊仔牛柳,上枱便見三大件的牛柳,每件都煮到我所喜愛的7成,再配以它的醬汁帶出牛味,咬落也很軟熟,但仍保持肉感。而我朋友便叫了一個紐西客蒜泥牛扒,份量重磅,肉質鬆軟味道不,除了本人叫的牛柳以外,這件牛扒也煎得每邊微濃更帶出郁香最後叫了一杯醒神潤口的洛神柚子蜜。
