To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

十分抵食嘅下午茶

西九龍長沙灣呢邊名校林立， 幫小朋友補交園入學申請之後路過呢間竹昇麵， 坐低諗住食個下午茶。 佢有啲好誇張嘅面賣到七八十蚊一碗， 但下午茶又唔貴喎 三十幾 蚊有個紅燒腩肉撈麵 仲要係畀竹昇麵唔係普通麵 ，咁就一於試下。 又估唔到佢捉你捉得好緊要成碟面都畀啲肉蓋住咁濟， 亦都好味。 我本身唔食得南語所以事先問過老闆娘， 又估唔到老闆娘好有心機好有耐性慢慢同我解釋。 感覺十分良好! 一如其他撈麵一樣佢將個湯分開上， 我就咁配蠔油，正! 竹聲面本身味道比較特別， 煮得亦幾煙韌， 叫做合我口味。 不過始終因為區分嘅關係， 坐位會有比較少少窄。 不過下午茶並唔繁忙， 兩點半左右坐得都算舒服。
