龍蝦鲣鱼湯煎大蝦扁意粉的大蝦煎得好香，扁意粉彈牙，加埋龍蝦鲣鱼湯，十分配合，沙律的菜鲜甜，醬汁亦調配得不錯，加埋蛋汁就剛剛好。Dirty咖啡都幾好飲，温度適中，不太苦，有回甘。
