To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 女朋友極力推薦既一間餐廳由於佢對食物都有要求 聽到佢極力推薦自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯咁就真係應該值得一試我地叫左1.自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯2.芝士洋蔥豬扒仔包配薯角首先講講個自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯一黎到既時候個賣相真係好靚好吸引即刻食慾大增 食第一口既時候 發現叉燒同以往食過既都好唔同真係好食 加上有佢地自家製豉油 配搭之後真係食到停唔到口而且食得出雞蛋係用日本(本身我係一個雞蛋狂熱份子,所以分得出係唔係日本蛋)然後再試埋個芝士洋蔥豬扒仔包配薯角塊豬扒鬆軟適中 又唔會太乾太硬另外就算攤凍左都依然咁好食題外話:本身係想試旺記既鮮薑汁豬潤米 可惜已經賣哂 食唔到希望下一次可以試到啦總括而言:極力推薦呢間食店 如果我係附近做野 呢間肯定係我既開飯熱點

2.芝士洋蔥豬扒仔包配薯角

首先講講個自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯

一黎到既時候個賣相真係好靚好吸引
即刻食慾大增 食第一口既時候 發現叉燒同以往食過既都好唔同
真係好食 加上有佢地自家製豉油 配搭之後真係食到停唔到口
而且食得出雞蛋係用日本(本身我係一個雞蛋狂熱份子,所以分得出係唔係日本蛋)

然後再試埋個芝士洋蔥豬扒仔包配薯角
塊豬扒鬆軟適中 又唔會太乾太硬
另外就算攤凍左都依然咁好食

題外話:本身係想試旺記既鮮薑汁豬潤米 可惜已經賣哂 食唔到
希望下一次可以試到啦
