
什菓沙律卷:一共有8條沙律卷,岩岩炸起好香脆,主要係什菓加沙律醬,食落甜甜酸酸係我好鍾意的味道。

椒鹽猴頭菇: 猴頭菇炸完感覺好特別,外脆內軟,香口得黎又一D都唔油膩,係咁越食越多,唔食齋的朋友都覺得超好味。

鑊仔雲吞雜菌時菜:呢碟份量好大,有4粒水餃仲有好多枝竹,菇同菜,味道岩岩好得黎完全冇味精的感覺。
今次食素菜令我覺得其實選擇都好多, 如果要我日日食都可以,而且好美味。


To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
