今晚約咗朋友嚟銅鑼灣利舞台嘅”古琴雅苑”食晚飯。好彩有預早 book 枱,平日7:00都坐滿人客餐廳內見到開放式嘅北京烤鴨爐半隻烤鴨都係$218 ,確係抵食1. 叫咗壺桂花烏龍茶,入口有淡淡桂花清香2. 蟹粉扒豆苗($178) 冬天一定食蟹粉,豆苗好新鮮,蟹粉份量超多,每棵豆苗都包晒蟹粉,超正。3. 南翔小籠包(6件)($82),片紅蘿蔔,唔會黐底。小籠包皮薄,內裡爆汁,食時小心燙親。4. 烤北京填鴨(半隻)($218) ,每片烤鴨大細都差唔多,可因應自己喜好配上不同醬汁。鴨皮香脆,入口唔覺油膩。啲皮超級薄,仲有每一片都有牛油紙中間隔開,非常細心。順帶一提,職員服務態度非常好,見你啲茶差唔多飲晒,就會主動幫你加熱水。整體而言,食物水準高上,價錢合理,性價比超高,值得一試再試。
