To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喜歡吃北京填鴨的我今晚和家人去了大都烤鴨吃晚餐。環境闊敞，裝修也不錯。食物方面，質素高：烤北京填鴨一隻肉不油膩，皮和肉切得很好。包着鴨的皮厚度適中。很有水準。😋淮揚灌湯小籠包皮厚度幾好，內裏裝了很多湯汁。靈芝菇炒桂魚柳唔算油，幾清新，略嫌份量比較小。鮮茄濃湯浸菜苗菜苗爽口。喜歡星星形的紅蘿蔔。年糕紅燒肉很少看到這個配搭，紅燒肉多汁，年糕惹味。肉燒煎麵足料，夠汁，麵脆貝勒燕麥番薯我很喜歡這個甜品，吃了3條。番薯面黏着燕麥和糖，但又不太甜。唯一覺得不太值的是每人15元的小食。
