To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有陣時食野都要講緣份，睇下間餐廳合唔合眼緣先會行入去食，畢竟一星期只有兩日假期，休閒地食個午餐嘅機會好珍貴，要小心挑選！呢日我嚟開荃灣，見到呢間小店個名都幾得意，而且又係新開，就行入去試下！入到去見到裡面啲裝修都好有誠意，地方都算闊落，唔會好有壓迫感！有一啲大自然裝飾，樹葉牆拍照一流，上面仲吊咗啲樹幹！食物方面，lunch menu的選擇都算多，不同種類都有，如意粉，鍋物，壽司等，而呢間係日式料理，我就試下啲壽司質素如何！午餐仲送一個小沙律！呢碟壽司拼盤餐$88，入面有三文魚，劍魚柳，吞拿魚，北海道帶子，大赤蝦，海膽，同小卷！壽司質素有驚喜，唔係劣質薄切切刺身，魚生同帶子好新鮮同鮮甜，而且夠厚身！赤蝦鮮甜爽口，而海膽軍艦上面啲海膽份量足，食得出係高質鮮甜，唔會有腥味同苦澀味，非常滿足！餐飲仲有玫瑰花茶！
