近日友人在西貢"美食小巷"中開了間串燒小店, 作為食"友"當然是第一時間試食啦! 先試友人力推”腩肉車厘茄", 腩肉香加埋車厘茄甜,本身已經冇得頂,再加上D醬汁,必試~"燒金磚";正所謂"膽固醇萬歲",油O既甘、香,又係一絕個晚仲有食左d雞(心、肝、皮、腎....同埋..雞尾)最鍾意係個燒雞肝;燒到個面好香,裡面有肝臟獨有油香,encore左兩次 XD仲有鍾意O既係芝士丸,拉到絲ka~其他肉類都合格~不可不提呢到D燒魚類都好好(鱔,秋刀,大眼雞)反而牛舌個人偏向厚切鹽燒.... 另外是晚最驚喜都係呢個燒菠蘿, 係用鮮菠蘿, 又香又甜,正呀~(不過如果去埋個心就好啦...) 總結整體都係滿意以上, 不過好多野都係限量, 冇法啦店仔細細,好多材料又係佢地即日係街市入貨希望一路keep個味道就掂啦!!

最鍾意係個燒雞肝;燒到個面好香,裡面有肝臟獨有油香,encore左兩次 XD

不可不提呢到D燒魚類都好好(鱔,秋刀,大眼雞)
反而牛舌個人偏向厚切鹽燒....

總結整體都係滿意以上, 不過好多野都係限量, 冇法啦店仔細細,好多材料又係佢地即日係街市入貨
