To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約朋友去荃灣食飯傾計,朋友選擇左呢間日式fusion餐廳..我地都未食過,所以今晚黎試下佢。呢度唔似傳統日式餐廳,入面有好多木,最入面仲有一幅植物牆,感覺好開陽好舒服。話說兩個大食妹見到餐牌咩都想試,最後叫到成檯餸.....本身坐係角落既雙人檯都唔夠位放我地點左既野食,店員見到既時候,就好好禮貌噤幫我地轉去坐四人檯。我地嗌左個石燒吉列牛,仙氣壽司拼盤,呢兩個主菜都轉左跟餐,有多個湯同埋刺身。另外小食仲嗌左雞翼、薯餅、一口芝士。先講左加錢轉餐既湯同刺身先~我點左麵鼓湯,朋友點左佢地自家製既南瓜湯。兩個都好飲,我個麵鼓湯無其他餐廳噤濃味,入面有好多海帶同葱,雖然簡單但個味噌既味道就岩岩好!朋友個南瓜湯好濃,好香南瓜味,但又吳會太杰身同太重忌廉味!刺身有兩款唔同既魚,好新鮮!主菜:石燒香草吉列牛拼溏心蛋 有得自己係個鐵板上面燒係好開心既一件事~燒到自己鐘意既生熟程度就可以點個醬再配埋飯食。呢個牛好好食,因為佢外面有層香草麵包糠係度,燒到塊牛熟之後食落會食到個邊邊好脆,牛肉好林,再點埋個味噌醬,一流!仙氣壽司拼盤呢個壽司上面樣樣野都好新鮮,個海膽壽司嘅份量又多,蝦又大隻,加上碟壽司上枱嗰時好吸

一次可以試到兩款唔同既釀雞翼真係好爽~
- 明太子釀雞翼: 味道偏咸,幾惹味,鐘意食濃味野既應該會好鐘意。
- 炸芝士餃子釀雞翼: 入面唔係好感覺到有芝士,不過我同朋友都覺得呢款好食d,入面個餡浸味同雞翼好夾。
