To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很久沒有食自助餐，因不想隨意食多左，其實又唔係因為好好味，所以今次揀左好耐，上次食已是洲際了。大年初一，都算滿座，只有一枱吉，全家怉有期望開餐，首先，海鮮，有2款生蠔，size較細 但鮮味也可接受(中上)，長腳蟹有驚喜()，龍蝦無味(下)，其他海鮮有不少都一般啦。之後剌身，5款吞拿魚和三文魚，我主力帶子，大粒，唔加醬油都鮮甜()，牡丹蝦都很不錯(中上)，油甘魚更是我至愛()。号要介紹咖哩及蟹粥都不錯，而甜品真係幾失望，所有cake都唔靚又唔太好食，但雪糕確實爭取返唔少分，因味道不錯及口味很多，牌子就唔識。總分都係中上，而且待應一直帶住口罩又好手快，最後，還每枱拜年
