To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Bookmarked 左好耐出太子終於有時間試，去到界限街舖頭先知原來只做外賣，喺大南街開嘅新鋪先有堂食。去到大南街一點多dd好彩唔係好多人，順利入坐，牆壁貼滿客人留下嘅好評～小店主力以QR code 落單但一旁都有hardcopy比顧客參考。Order 左燒牛舌芯($15)、媽媽水餃($15)、米線($10)加色(腩汁)同秘製醬汁(小辣)，另加炸腐皮角($15)。牛舌芯薄身有五片，超爽口彈牙超高質，媽媽水餃係韭菜豬肉餡料都唔錯，湯底加左色甜甜地好特別，加埋蒜蓉好香，米線軟硬適中份量都唔少，唔錯唔錯！加香口嘅炸腐皮角perfecto!難得九龍有咁高質嘅車仔麵，I will be back~
