To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 元朗特色食店不少,這間餐廳位於元朗富來花園,装修古樸不起眼,给人平實嘅感覺。我是牛扒愛好者,幾乎是每次食西餐嘅必然選擇。先來酥皮忌廉湯,酥皮熱辣香脆,入口鬆化,好吃不油膩。忌廉湯幼滑香濃,火腿絲和洋葱很惹味,單是餐湯已令人回味。主菜五成熟安格斯肉眼扒,火候控制得宜,外表香脆,入口肉味香濃,肉汁豐溢,嫩滑而不覺肥腻。薯角配菜很豐富,脆厚香口,再加上紫蕃薯蓉,甜滑味美,作為牛扒配菜很特别,更能提升飽足感。飲品來一杯冰凍雪梨蜜,冰涼潤喉,充滿雪梨清香,消暑兼消膩。
