Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

出色小炒，必食咕嚕肉

食來食去都係覺得呢一間嘅小菜最出色，淨係個咕嚕肉已經值回票價，材料新鮮已經贏咗起步點，呢度啲咕嚕肉係用新鮮豬肉，連菠蘿都係新鮮嘅，咕嚕肉外面炸咗個層皮脆脆哋，入面舊肉仲有肉汁，值得一讚係冇乜肥肉，唔使一邊食一邊咬走啲肥膏。乳鴿都做得好，唔會炸到燶晒over晒，乳鴿嘅肉都幾嫩滑。招牌雞睇個樣平平無奇，食落好夠雞味，隻雞冇乜肥膏，我哋要咗半隻，竟然都有雞潤雞腸呢啲內臟，幾好。什菌豆腐啲豆腐好滑，佢個芡汁雖然好似有啲厚，不過個味啱啱好唔會太鹹。
