星期日梗係要搵下好野食, 同朋友係新城市行完街, 去左7樓睇下有咩食, 見到呢間餐廳環境幾好就入左去呢間餐廳一睇個名就知道係食豬既專門店,地方夠晒大,牆上面仲有好多豬仔嘅裝飾,真係好得意Piggy Riblets:呢個豬肋骨脆粒,每一粒都炸得好脆,一定要沾埋佢嗰醬,同香口嘅脆粒好襯Spaghetti OmniPork Bolognese:意粉軟硬適中,原來呢隻OmniPork嘅口感同真嘅豬肉完全冇分別,我一定會再encoreSlow Cooked Crackling Pork Belly:呢個超出色,睇佢嗰個餐牌簡介話會用豬最好嘅部位黎做菜,果然冇講錯,淨係睇呢道慢煮豬腩肉,不但皮脆,下層嘅燶邊同埋中層嘅晶瑩嘅豬肉,竟然可以做到三種層次,果然係用優質嘅豬肉黎整嘅Go Banana Sundae:最後食埋呢個新地,佢嘅窩夫加埋上面嘅m&n 配埋雪糕,又多重嘅味道呢間餐廳一定要book位,因為食食吓間餐廳已經full House
