To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有朋友遠道來港,當然是不亦樂乎。由於她們喜歡中菜又住元朗,為了圖方便,找一家特別的食肆是必須的。元朗形點新景象,選擇多,最終決定去食正宗的北京填鴨,在香港,此菜式非北京樓莫屬。可惜六人也不能訂座,又是星期六,店外站著苦等兩小時終於入座。印象中如尖沙咀老店的高大上、拉麵表演欠奉,最期待的主角菜式~北京填鴨,不但遲遲未出場,三摧四請,都推說是客人多,供不應求……終於等到上桌已九成飽,除了甜品外變成最後一道菜,可惜;更驚訝的是:北京填鴨的刀法,居然與普通燒臘店無異(有相為證);入口竟然是微溫的;夾肉的薄餅,連邊都凍到硬晒,唔系化?近四百蚊一只填鴨的消費,凭名氣大欺客嗎?好想即時投訴並要求退換,但又怕被加料,唯有只換薄餅;但等到薄餅再上桌,填鴨就更凍了,勉強地吃了兩塊便不想再吃,凍左就覺得更油膩了!幸好其他菜式還可以,但主角實在敗筆,哎,代表作竟然如此一塌糊塗
