近排愛上吃印度菜,今次來到這間位於尖沙咀的印度菜餐廳,原來這間餐廳在好多國家都有分店的!這間環境都幾大,而且乾淨。餐牌上有多款不同的食物可以揀選,雖然之前都有食印度菜,但是每次都是食差不多的款式,所以今次一於試試其他!Gobi,第一次食炸椰菜花,味道帶有印度咖喱的香味,有點像食印度炸雞,不過椰菜花爽口和較清新,是一個不錯的前菜!Pudhina chicken tikka,這款雞用上鐵板上,這款雞沒有用上印度咖喱先醃製,而是用上薄荷,所以味道好清新,食的時候再點上薄荷醬,味道更惹味!Chicken Murtabak,第一次食Murtabak,口感有點像平時在家整的蛋角,薄餅入面有雞肉、蛋、蔥碎等材料,味道不會太濃,所以再點上醬汁食會更美味!Butter Dosa ,這款超級大塊的薄餅,脆卜卜,就好像吃咸咸的薯片,好香口!再點上附有既印度醬汁食,特別惹味!Kadaai Chicken ,食印度菜一定要吃咖喱,這款咖喱用上洋蔥、蕃茄、蒜等材料製成,當然還有雞肉,微辣,味道夠香濃!Garlic Naan,食咖喱當然食薄餅去點醬食,Naan次次都會食,蒜蓉味會較香,而且Naan可以吸更多咖喱汁,
