To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

爸爸成日話呢間餐廳性價比高，講咗咁耐就同佢食返一次11:30去到，佢已經坐滿一半人，見到大部份食客都係叫一個set 一個麵兩個人食。爸爸都要求我叫返呢一個lunch set。所以叫咗豉油雞 + 米線 set。另外好耐冇食過叉燒酥，所以叫咗一份。米線嚟到之後發覺好一般，隻豉油雞翼都凍凍地，果然一分錢一分貨。最後再叫咗個鴛鴦炒飯叫左個點心係小白兔造型，其實係椰汁糕，賣相唔錯，另外都叫咗個炸鮮奶卷，炸粉有啲多最後埋單每位都要百零蚊，以呢一個價錢每一個質素，其實真係唔抵食
