未上到餐廳已經感覺到氣派，金碧輝煌嘅升降機，是專屬The Crown可以到酒店最高層25樓及天台。進入餐廳已感受到典雅，有小型歌劇院舞台。當晚有live brand彈結他，唱宇多田光First Love，感到很浪漫。沒有live brand 時，這裏的環境很寧靜，很適合跟朋友談心。當然最chill的是飽覽夜景，我們在天台好像進入另一個世界，充滿色彩繽紛的夢幻世界。我們點了 “五味拼盤” ，日式風格的食物盤，很別緻。冰鎮日式磯煮鮑魚：鮑魚兩隻，非常入味，煮得很嫩珍寶炸蝦半蜜糖芥末醬：兩隻大大隻炸蝦，新鮮炸熱辣辣松露一口牛：配上松露醬和少許香蒜的一口牛日本松葉蟹鉗：已經去殼的蟹鉗和蟹腳鹹蛋黃涼瓜：很特別的配搭，個人喜愛吃鹹蛋，這個鹹蛋不是超級鹹的哪一種，配上苦瓜有清新感覺每套餐包cocktail Pink Dahia 或 Jade

珍寶炸蝦半蜜糖芥末醬：兩隻大大隻炸蝦，新鮮炸熱辣辣
松露一口牛：配上松露醬和少許香蒜的一口牛
