To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尚記得2019年，社會充滿動盪嘅一年。而小妹嘅公司都經歷異常忙碌嘅一年！所以老闆為咗慰勞大家，決定帶我地去沙田凱悅酒店食返個自助午餐順道慶祝聖誕啊啊啊！餐廳佈置得非常有聖誕氣氛，好吸引我地一行十幾人嘅眼球！坐低咗之後，就即刻彈起身出去攞嘢食喇！嚟五星酒店食自助餐，第一時間梗係衝去冷盤部攞長腳蟹、刺身嗰啲啦！呢度有吞拿魚、三文魚同甜蝦，我每樣都攞咗少少嚟品嚐。另外仲有我最愛嘅巴馬火腿配哈蜜瓜。燒烤Bar有香草燒羊架、燒牛肉咁、串燒、Pizza等可以滿足一眾食肉獸嘅胃口。而中菜部則有蔬菜、中式點心叉燒包、蝦餃之類。湯類有中有西，仲有胡椒豬肚湯添！食到好飽，飲返杯附設嘅熱檸水消吓滯先～～
