To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

公司每年都係呢個餐廳搞春茗，同事平時都話JW cafe個自助餐好好食，今次就黎試下啦！雖然無食過Marriott既自助餐，但係我都有食開其他酒店既自助餐。我覺得呢度最特別係有中菜特色，有鮑魚，花膠，北京填鴨，扇貝，海參，甜品仲有桃膠食，我相信其他地方都好少見。另外佢都有一般有既野，有刺身，龍蝦等等。美中不足既係甜品方面，甜品種類唔多，雪糕都係得幾隻味，而且個日特別指定時間有芝士撻拎，但係d職員整芝士撻個陣整到好多穿左，最後拎比我個撻個樣都麻麻，感覺仲差過出面10幾蚊既芝士撻。。
