Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近牛角將全日分店嘅數量增加咗 於是今次就揀咗黃埔店 諗住呢間太多人 㩒完飛之後等咗半個鐘左右💁🏻‍♀️🪧放題限時90分鐘 超過40款種類食物包括前菜 豬牛雞 海鮮蔬菜 當然唔少得必食嘅牛角飯 同 拉麵等等嘅選項💬坐低之後就可以用iPad點餐 每次限定order 10樣食品 基本上一開始會嗌兩至三round 始終燒肉要啲時間熟水準嚟講 我覺得keep得住平時嘅質素起碼肉類唔會話因為係任食而變差牛肉必食一定係牛助肉同肩脊肉🥩個人嚟講一嚟都偏好牛角嘅雞肉因為燒完都keep住肉質嫩滑 今次menu上面有個雞爽肉 即係雞頸肉肉呈條狀 肉質有啲煙韌得嚟有啲爽口 幾特別海鮮就推薦生蠔同帆立貝兩款都會俾嚿牛油一齊煮熟 夠香口反而燒金菇就冇調味冇牛油 食落好dry 建議可以自行加少少牛角蒜油醬😆今次仲發現咗原來牛角啲泡菜都好好味夾住燒肉食就冇咁油膩啦😬🍹飲品有各式汽水仲有茶飲不過就唔提供飲管 要嘅就加2蚊🥴(um... 疫情關係 可以提供飲管就更好啦)📞唔想等咁耐嘅話 可以預先打電話留位(細細聲講: 我都係去到先知🥲)💵星期一至四$268 +10% 星期五六日人均$298+10%🚩 牛角-黃
