係北京返嚟,都係要食番個港式火鍋,先將最口味!點先為之“港式火鍋”? 根據我的小經驗,香港火鍋着重湯底,海鮮配料,當然唔少得手切肥牛啦!而今日我哋嚟餐廳,可以話三樣都做到最好帶比食客!首先港式火鍋湯底一向選擇好多,會有自家出品嘅靚湯,有招牌海鮮入圍煮湯,原隻豬肚胡椒雞湯,川芎白芷魚頭湯等,而店長就推介濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯!另外店家賣弄嘅仲有環境!佢哋將街市、海鮮檔、九龍皇帝嘅大字帶到旺角樓上店,都係幾點到嘅香港特色,見有唔少外國遊客嚟幫襯,大家選擇海鮮嘅時候都要行出嚟海鮮檔口,睇住各種生猛海鮮親自落單!濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯 $238雞湯有分大細兩款,大的適合四位以上享用,而我哋的就點個細嘅2-4位就岩哂啦!送上嘅時候見到雞湯顏色好都比較黃,原來係用好多份量嘅雞,煎出雞油後再滾湯,都要煮好耐架,店員仲話呢個湯,濃到好似雞汁咁 哈哈,之後再另加入一隻蒸熟嘅雞,放入湯嘅時候仲係好嫩滑,好輕易就將佢骨肉分離啦,令平時好少食湯底材料嘅我倆,都一下子食清光,另外仲有起碼有四隻花膠都好厚身,令到湯水飲落口嘅時候令嘴唇有仲唸住嘅感覺,整體相當滋潤呢〜 好捨得一試!魚蛋皮上籠包 $28/4隻小籠包用蒸籠送上
