天氣開始入秋,今日食完晚飯去了翠苑甜品專家食糖水暖下個胃,此乃筲箕灣的分店,此店出名舊式的糖水,有比較大路的紅豆沙綠豆沙芝麻糊杏仁糊等。今日叫了芝麻糊,入口非常杰身,有炒嗰啲芝麻香,感覺用足料,每日新鮮應製作,芝麻糊會有種芝麻的油香及油份,入口芝麻味好香濃又滑。合桃糊味道亦十分夠,有合桃香,入口有堅果的油份慢慢滲出,係正宗傳統合桃糊的做法。腐竹白果糖水,腐竹味都幾夠,入口尚算清甜,但白果經過糖浸,所以太過甜。整體來說此店是傳統糖水店,所以感覺大部份糖水都比較偏向甜一點,如果鍾意淡口啲可能覺得味道太甜或太杰身漿口。逢星期六日,仲會有特別的腰果糊,是限量供應,聽講腰果糊製作過程更加繁複,容易失手,有興趣的朋友不妨一試。
