Restaurant: Capital Café (Shau Kei Wan Main Street East)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 出到筲箕灣,見到有聞名已久嘅華星冰室,即刻衝入去食個靚tea舖頭裝潢簡約得嚟有港味,舖頭入面仲見到唔少名人簽名同海報有人話一定要試呢度嘅通粉,心諗通粉就通粉有咩咁特別?但食落就明白哂,平時食果d茶記通粉都係軟軟淋淋、湯底淡如清水,而華星嘅通粉就煙韌彈牙、湯底鮮味濃郁!試埋年年廿五嘅校長多士,多士上面舖滿黑松露醬同芝士,咸度適中、芝味連連,口乾飲返杯足料紅豆冰,滿足!
