By chance I found this new Sichuan shop when I parked my car on the roadside at Yuen Long last month. Since then I have become a regular customer.🍜It's a new takeaway shop run by a couple who are very friendly and diligent. They sell Sichuan noodles including chili and sour noodles with many choices of meat and vegetables.The dishes are very tasty, fresh and traditional. They sell Sichuan noodles including chili and sour noodles with many choices of meat and vegetables.
The dishes are very tasty, fresh and traditional. I cannot find another shop as authentic and traditional as this one in Yuen Long.
There are 4 level of chili and I can only try the least chili one.
The shop is a new try in Yuen Long and I love the food much. I even bought some dishes for a friend who is well versed in Sichuan food and she said it as good as she has ever had. 😍🥰
I have some special tips to get the takeaway as lunch or dinner the day after. I would ask the shopkeeper to give me the uncooked noodles. I will cook it in a pot for 10 seconds in boiling hot water then i drained out the water and mix the chili sauce and the mixed meat in it. Super yummy noodle bowl is then ready to serve.
