To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

那天，走到來天后站這一邊的郵局辦事。搞拈之後當然要搵個地方食野啦。就近，有這一間馳名中外的《華姐清湯腩》，就決定試一下啦。我從來未試過的原因，就是因為比較喜歡以前開在此店旁的另一間清湯牛腩店。可曷，那店在疫情期間結業了，造就了我這次來首嚐《華姐清湯腩》。簡單地，就來了一個清湯牛腩粗麵。牛腩雖然是全瘦肉，但味道非常濃郁。單是評這牛腩其實是好食的。之不過，給的牛腩好像太少了，平常去一些普通的牛腩麵店，份量都有返咁上下，但我面前的一碗，好明顯唔夠食。不過，麵既份量係 OK 既。食麵，就最好配可樂，不過沒有跟餐價又令我感覺不歡。味道係好既，但我感覺，真係貴左啲囉。
