由台灣鍾情到香港,一向都愛吃鼎泰豐,但當然香港始終不及台灣的,不過想食點都會去止癢。打開餐牌,平均都脹價了,豆苗要到$122,份量可真不多;小籠包,皮不算薄,味道三常;酒糟鴨舌,都是一般般;海蜇基本問題不大;油豆腐湯跟酸辣湯熱度不夠,失色;煎鍋貼還好,很脆;全晚最能保持水準的就是排骨蛋炒飯,坦白說現時翡翠X麵既穩定性跟價錢相對好點,味道更是不錯!
