To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 金記開到成行成市,赤柱呢間亦部開左2 3 個月,早餐時段其實都有唔少人食,應該係附近居民多,星期日就可能會多 d 遊客。早餐有幾款,今次就叫左鮑片火腿通併煎雙多多士加凍奶茶 同埋 沙爹牛肉麵火腿奄列加熱奶茶 上菜速度都好快服務員都好有事 首先講下杯奶茶,奶茶味道很好,非常滑。 凍奶茶就味道比較淡唔知係咪因為天氣熱啲冰溶得比較快但味道都係唔錯嘅 。至於鮑魚火腿通粉,味道唔會有好重味精,會食得出係雞湯嘅味道,而火腿同鮑魚絲嘅份量亦都合理,煎蛋係技巧非常難嘅反蛋 唔會穿蛋黄都係流心 麵包方面就非常鬆脆 牛油既味道就係有啲特別,咸咸地口感有 d 鞋鞋地,唔似一般牛油,但味道係可以既。沙爹牛肉麵嘅質素亦都非常高 牛肉都有四五片 沙嗲味道同個面肉融合得很, 面身亦都唔會煮得好淋,唔錯唔錯。早餐黎講一個餐凍飲索價over 40..真係會貴 d但遊客區,地點算獨市就冇辦法啦 lol
