自從Odelice!在尖沙咀開設分店後,到Odelice!享用晚餐的頻率大增,但倒是最近才發現他們會於週末供應早午餐,供應時間更由早上十一時至下午五時半,疲於奔命上學足足一整個星期,週末睡到自然醒也順理成章成為了享用早午餐的好時機。Fresh Tuna Carpaccio ($88)吞拿魚略經炙燒然後外層沾上一層芝麻,配以檸檬青檸汁清新開胃,是每次到訪都必點的前菜小食。Smoked Salmon Fresh Avocado Tartine ($65)田園麵包塗上牛油及牛油果醬烘製,邊位微脆而包身煙韌濕潤,再加上軟滑稠密的新鮮牛油果更加豐腴;煙三文魚更是份量十足,肥美肉厚、油香四溢。Crab Cake Burger ($135)自家製蟹餅炸至酥脆金黃,內層絲絲鮮美蟹肉滿滿當當,與甜中帶辣的是拉差沙律醬配合得宜。麵包選用法式牛油軟包布里歐(Broiche),包身鬆軟綿密又富牛油醇香,配上番茄、生菜、紫洋蔥及牛油果醬令口感更為豐潤清爽;伴有一整盆厚切薯條及千島醬,炸得外脆內軟、薯味香濃。Salmon Brunch Galette ($105)招牌法式蕎麥薄餅口感會較一般薄餅粗糙及乾身,而且帶
