天氣凍嘅時候就想食燒肉,軟綿綿嘅牛肉,燒到噼哩啪啦嘅脂肪,冬天deserve呢種邪惡🧚🏻‍♀️👼🏻Yakiniku Great 用嘅係仙台牛,亦即係A5和牛。Lunch 我地揀咗Omakase松,因為和牛油脂太豐盈,其實7道菜都夠滿足🤰🏻其實7道菜就係7個唔同部位,佢有塊牌仔標示咗有咩部位同埋建議燒幾多秒,其實都係FYI,因為店員都會幫你介紹埋燒埋,好好服務。🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♂️呢餐好耐之前食,具體每塊肉係點已經講唔出,每塊肉都用咗唔同調味料,所以各有千秋、都好好食,燒嘅時間掌握得啱啱好就當然,和牛嘅油脂香真係無懈可擊。🫶🏻但令我最印象深刻嘅係最後個飯。用咗醬油醃製嘅蛋黃,配上薄燒嘅和牛,戳穿蛋黃嗰吓固然治癒,撈勻啲飯之後,又滑又香,完美嘅句號。💫💫
