To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

傷心的時候，我習慣去吃一碗三哥米線，記得冬季的某天，跟朋友在討論晚飯吃什麼好，我說我想試試雲桂香，那位朋友跟我說”你又不是傷心吃什麼米線呀？”這種感覺，就像被一桿打回洞裡，開心的是這位朋友是多麼的了解我，人總是是矛盾的。但這一天其實我是心情差才想吃米線，可以在一起是多麼的滿足的事。此時此刻，傷心的時候，有其他好友陪伴自己吃個譚仔，也是個人生一大快事，全賴有你，我點了最愛的豆卜炸醬腩肉配土匪雞翼，心情又好少很多了，吃三哥有你的陪伴，我才活到今天。
