新春團拜到了上環的好彩酒樓,喜歡傳統酒樓的廚房師傅仍然保留一些昔日的點心風味,同時亦不忘適應現代社會對食物賣相的要求。煎釀茄子,一枱五個人同時贊好吃,一碟四件故要再點多一碟以滿足各人。臘腸卷,新型賣相未吃已吸引了眼球,傳統懷舊口味。叉燒包,包皮做得極好,軟熟不會黐口。煎藕餅,又是吃回傳統味道,蓮藕嚼口。炸雲吞,皮炸成像薄脆,入口鬆化,再沾上酸甜醬吃,非常出色。蒸叉燒腸粉,腸粉薄柔軟得來滑口,叉燒餡味適中。
