To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日老闆請食午飯,話要帶我地去食下傳統的北京菜,老闆拍板叫左個6人套餐,首先黎左兩款前菜小食,分別係海哲及無錫骨,依家天氣開始炎熱,所以哩兩款前菜真係好岩季節,無錫骨酸酸甜甜,真係好開胃,老闆說這款菜餚到唔脫骨真係唔易的,廚師要好掌握到火候先可以做到,正。第二道菜雲吞雞,服務員係小台將雲吞雞分好後才派給我們,飲落啖湯仲熱騰騰的,好有雞的味道,唔似味精湯,雲吞都好新鮮,而雞件方面,平時我唔鐘意食的,覺得粗糙,但哩度餚得好鬆軟,好易咬。第三道菜宮寶蝦球,望落應該都幾辣,但食落完全唔辣仲甜甜地,隻蝦唔算太大,肉質都彈牙。第四道菜北京烤鴨,服務員先將烤鴨拎到老闆面前給他過目後再在旁邊的小枱中片出鴨片上枱,同時上埋熱住的雲餅,雲餅好薄好軟熟帶少少咸味,將京蔥片、青瓜條、鴨片及甜醬包起吃就是傳統的北京填鴨食法,鴨片肉質鬆軟,外皮唔會好多油,非常好味,可惜我地食到一半時青瓜條同京蔥巳用完,服務員又沒有為意去添加,所以之後食就有點失色了。食完之後就上左個炒時蔬,味道比較清淡。跟住就粟米斑腩,斑腩炒得好滑,份量都係每人一塊,所以特別令人回味食左個幾鐘,到差不多兩點既時間,最後一道菜(甜品)一直都未上,老
