To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間茶館好有feel，主打tea😍素食雖然喺有少許貴，但物有所值嘅，好食有健康喎，最好食係素燒賣🥰其實我食唔到係用咩製作嘅，但係就好似燒賣，又好好食😋綠色嘅，係粉果，好食嘅👌🏼，一般般嘅係蕃茄湯餃子講唔出有乜咁特別🤣正常，好普通咁。不過下午茶，叫d點心試下囉☺️。甜品咁咗薑汁糕，超級好味，佢係千層糕，又唔太甜，而家好少地方食到，講真真心幾特別嘅。有啲似大會堂美心嗰個好出名嘅黑芝麻千層糕😆，同一種意識形態，一樣質感大小，不過呢個就係薑味。最後最後我想講吓佢呢度好出名嘅茶，雖然睇住個Menu每個茶都有啲貴，其實唔係好捨得，所以要揀個特別啲感覺抵啲，最後我就揀咗呢個紅紅地色，洛神花茶，感覺好似好健康，飲落其實都幾酸，所以呢有蜜糖，俾我自己加入茶，仲有想讚下呢間茶館，因為佢有熱水壺喺枱嘅旁邊，等客人可以隨時有熱水加落杯茶到度，好自助式享受嘅茶館🥰推介呀👍🏼👍🏼
