To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我想食車仔麵呢間源記開左好耐都未食過 聽好多柴灣街坊講唔錯真心真係的起心肝好食下其實都幾平 4餸34蚊今次叫左豬紅，豬大腸，魷魚翼同炸魚皮小辣都已經好香，我食開辣野覺得可以再辣dd 有少許蔥同蝦皮俾你放埋落湯到令到個湯底好好味 咸香味好正豬紅好有味，魷魚翼唔係水魷又唔un 炸魚皮一浸落湯到渣渣聲 好夠脆不過豬腸就出晒事，太多肥膏仲肥過我條腸，有陣豬腸臭味 會再黎 但唔會再叫豬腸btw 鋪頭太細 坐得唔太舒服 唔怪之得好多人叫外賣
