多年來食過好多間下午茶就算係5星知名酒店都難免會中伏🥲今次the upper house的下午茶($530+10%)真係不負所望咸甜點都非常岀色內容豐富❤️❤️最印象深刻的有☁︎︎Beaufort and truffle Gougère☁︎︎暖笠笠，外皮薄鬆軟，內藏勁多菇，切果下松露香氣撲鼻🤤正👍🏻☁︎︎Pithivier☁︎︎酥皮香軟，芹菜同菇菌配撘，好似個迷你版素威靈頓牛咁❤️估唔到幾好味👍🏻☁︎︎Scones☁︎︎提子口味，表面焗得脆身，內部又唔會乾，不過對於中意濕潤感的scone，可能會有點失望，而我就啱啱好，面頭仲有粗粒糖點綴唯一失望的係沒有原味😢甜品件件都唔錯，多數帶酸甜感，唔會過甜，草莓撻同熱情果奶凍都好味最甜的就是miklionaire’s shortbread最好食的甜品☁︎︎Lemon meringue chouqutte☁︎︎可愛的泡芙，酸甜清新的檸檬餡食的時候表面仲有酥脆感係泡芙加檸檬撻的變奏版茶品:SenchaJasmine tea總結:有幸坐到窗邊位置，有海景(雖然唔夠靚)加上親切服務，主動影相，介紹食物，環境食物都唔錯，真係值得嚟❤️強烈建議坐窗邊&提早3星期預約喔
