之前在大坑食過南亭,水準不嬲都唔錯。知道尖沙咀開了新分店便不用過香港區食了方便了很多。今日同朋友去了尖沙咀店吃串燒吧!裝修格局和其他分店大概都是一樣,以日式爐端燒的居酒屋為主。前菜有蘿蔔,青瓜,西芹,椰菜以附送的甜味醬汁蘸來食也不錯。 燒豆腐燒得十分脆口,豆腐有汁不乾,配上甜醬木魚絲。胡麻豆腐沙律, 麻醬香, 蕃茄仔及青瓜夠新鮮。 芝士年糕與一般的芝士年糕有點不同,外層掃了醬油並輕燒,保持了軟熟感。入口有芝士餡之外亦有醬油香,加上紫菜亦增加脆口感。秋葵豬肉卷秋葵豬肉卷的秋葵雖然經過燒烤後,仍然保留到秋葵本身裡面的水份,吃起來不乾,外層薄薄的豬肉包覆秋葵,保護秋葵鎖水,並增添淡淡的肉香,變得外脆內嫩。青椒仔細細隻,但新鮮惹味。鹽燒銀鱈魚骨燒得夠乾身而且很脆口。梅燒飯團我個人比較喜歡燒得飯團脆口的,面層加上醬油燒至脆脆地帶有飯焦口感,好好味。
