每個月都會習慣食一次素,最近就去咗灣仔呢間素食私房菜食Dinner。成個地方幾特別,唔係一般餐廳嗰種感覺,反而好似去咗朋友屋企作客咁,環境舒服帶點溫馨。雖然唔係初一十五,但都多人。第一道餸係「脆藕小卷干色拼盤」,涼拌粉皮開胃爽口。之後嘅「金湯福祿袋」係用瓜同菇菌做餡,微甜清香。個人最鍾意嘅係「四季心花放」,表面炸得脆卜卜,配埋柚子蜜嘅酸甜味,入面有南瓜同花香味,好特別。「芝士焗小啡菇」用咗牛油果、芝士調味,食落唔知點解有浸吞拿魚味。「甘竹銀絲卷」裡面粉絲配紅蘿蔔同黑木耳,清新又帶少少鹹香。「冬瓜清補養生湯」清甜滋潤,而「百寶生菜包」就餡料豐富。主菜部分,「椰香咖喱素雜錦」用黃油法包同飯嚟配,雜錦入面有素丸同椰菜花,薯仔,椰香突出,好香滑。「乳香鮮竹翠柳」就係絲瓜配腐竹,呢道菜好家常清新。甜品係「香芒西米凍」,芒果香甜,配埋西米,低甜解膩。仲加埋一碗「鮮磨合桃露」,核桃香濃滑溜,比好多專業甜品鋪出色。
