昨晚跟朋友來到太古城中心嘅「天天海南雞飯」食晚飯。







火焰石燒沙嗲串串
呢個串燒係必點嘅小食,雞、牛、豬各兩串,串燒表面微微焦香,但裡面肉質仍很軟嫩,再配以特製嘅沙嗲醬,令到口感更為豐富。




天天燒雞
呢碟燒雞好大份,雞嘅外皮燒到好脆口,而裡面嘅雞肉重好滑嫩,配埋豉油膏、薑蓉、辣椒醬等配料,更能提昇雞味。



黑胡椒羅氏蝦粉絲煲
熱爐暖住個煲上枱,打開煲蓋,4隻超大羅氏蝦鋪在香噴噴嘅粉絲上,羅氏蝦嘅肉質好彈牙兼鮮嫩多汁,吸收咗黑胡椒嘅香味,好味到難以形容。而粉絲夠晒軟糯又富彈性,每一口粉絲都掛上滿滿蝦肉汁和黑胡椒嘅香氣。
