Restaurant: Poke Go (漆咸道南)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夏威夷魚生飯好似係喺2021年到(好似仲係處於香港疫情時期)開始興起,當中都食過有幾間覺得非常出色嘅夏威夷魚生飯舖頭,而Poke Go呢一間係我覺得水準依然都保持穩定,而且食物質素差嘅舖頭。主食方面—自選的Poke $78蚊起作為一個有主見嘅食貨,我當然係選擇自選嘅Poke Bowl,我嘅配搭係三文魚、枝豆、海帶同埋麻醬豆腐($118),每一種配料食物質素都好穩定,個人好鍾意呢一個嘅配搭,營養豐富又好味。醬汁方面我揀咗最穩陣蜜糖芥末醬,配料方面就梗係全部都揀晒啦,當然你亦都可以走某一部份嘅配料都得。同我同台嘅朋友都係叫咗三文魚、海帶、雞蛋絲、三文魚籽同蟹肉,佢對於食物整體嘅評價都覺得唔錯,但係唯獨蟹肉就覺得好似有啲腥。ʕ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʕ•̫͡•ʔ•̫͡•ʔ小食方面—和風炸雞亦都係保持水準嘅小食質素,和風口味嘅炸雞都不外乎一定係會加咗蛋黃醬,燒汁作調味好好,最後再加埋木魚碎作一個裝飾。口味上當然沒有驚喜,但係新鮮熱辣整出嚟嘅炸雞,唔可以講一定唔會差!整體來講,我覺得呢間舖頭可以繼續保持到食物嘅質素我都覺得唔錯,係一間可以持續番町嘅舖頭,不過如果小食嘅款
