有好友在我放工後臨時急call說想來個晚餐,抵食之餘最好位處旺區,要滿足好友的要求,很快便想到了在旺角的明記潮館;好友一聽之下也馬上同意,遂先打電話去訂位;7點多的旺角車水馬龍,與好友在地鐵站朗豪坊的出口見面後就步行至食肆;從大廈的1樓可望到食肆的店名,就搭扶手電梯上去;熟悉的佈置,充滿空間感,令人坐得舒服;餐牌似乎重新製過,比之前更精美;而食物的款式依舊是百花齊放;與好友研究了一陣,便有了決定,於是馬上落單;第一道菜的韮菜豬紅,豬紅味道濃郁,質感彈滑;有黑椒的底味袪腥臊兼有辣味提升,加強了層次感!韮菜夠鮮嫩,作為配角也是生色不少!第二道是滷水中拼盤,點餐超過300就奉送一碟;碟頭份量足料,味道香濃,計有豬大腸,豬頸肉,豬耳,紅腸,墨魚等;其中的豬大腸口感綿中帶點煙韌,內裡油脂豐腴,滷汁均勻滲透其中,與豬大腸本味配合得很美好!此刻要馬上來杯冰凍的啤酒,延長那美妙的口感!豬頸肉夠彈滑,肉汁鎖在內裡,也是下酒美食!好友鍾情的辣酒煮花螺,這店做得相當好;不單份量大,而且把花螺處理得很乾淨,只有零星砂粒;辣酒汁也調校得濃郁兼具層次,花螺吸收了精華之處,不單肉質爽彈,複郁的辣味更助其袪腥提鮮,令

飯粒本身帶點乾身,牛肉粒的油份與香氣帶來滋潤,菜脯粒就作為平衡帶來細緻感,加上蝦醬的香味,又有石鍋的長時間保持著食物的高溫,這炒飯真的是個完美的收結!

位處旺區,食物量大美味,價錢又相當超值,埋單時荷包不用大放血,兼且坐得很舒服;令我有感再與好友聚餐,此店也是佳選之一!
