今日黎到路德圍食晏,去左呢間以瑞士汁雞髀雞髀出名既樓下冰室。作為焗豬控既我梗係試試呢度既焗豬扒飯啦!瑞士雞髀出名又叫左一隻,同埋叫左杯咸檸七。焗豬扒飯寫到明製作需時,所以先上枱既係瑞士雞髀,一上枱已經聞到好香,大大隻既雞髀浸係瑞士汁上面,雞髀皮薄肉嫰,一切落去睇到啲汁流出黎,好juicy。一啖咬落去,已經食到瑞士汁果然係樓下冰室既得意之作,汁咸得黎有啲甜,係真係既瑞士汁比到既感覺。雞髀淡淡肉好好味,完全唔會好似其他餐廳既鹵水咁會整到overcook,呢隻雞髀真係色、香、味俱全。最後上枱既就係等左差唔多10分鐘既焗豬扒飯,果然美好既野都係需要等待既,豬扒、茄醬、炒飯底夾得好完美,豬扒已經預先切好,一拮落去就食得唔洗切,另外呢個焗豬扒飯我加分既地方係佢冇落到菠蘿,我唔係咁鍾意係焗飯入面有生果,所以我又加左分。食飽飽飲埋杯咸檸七就令個午餐畫上完美句號。
