🌸🍲 今次嚟到佐敦嘅香江花月，真係大開眼界！首先，要介紹下佢哋嘅招牌菜式，美顏花膠雞鍋，真係美到冇法形容！啲花膠滿滿，雞肉嫩滑，湯底鮮甜入味，真係有超高CP值！😍而火鍋配料方面真係多到爆炸！西洋菜🥬同白蘿蔔件，清新又爽口，好適合煮火鍋嘅時候加入！美國安格斯肥牛（細）肉質鮮嫩，滷過火鍋湯底之後更加美味！日本烏冬彈牙有口感，加入火鍋裡面仲有層次感！🍜唔好錯過啲特色配料，例如芋絲同冬菇薺菜餃，口感豐富；手工鮮牛丸彈牙又鮮美！最特別嘅係手打蟹籽墨魚滑，鮮甜滑溜，一啖咬落去蟹籽爆裂出嚟，真係驚喜！最後，記得飲竹蔗茅根水消暑解渴！🍹
