To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 隨意揀一間食有時都會有驚喜,例如今日揀咗呢一間茶餐廳,入面竟然有新豬肉(即素食肉),於是就試吓啦,雪菜新肉絲米配熱檸茶,試咗一條新肉絲,感覺似乎呢類素肉唔係太適合放湯,如果係煎炒可能會好啲,不過咬落去都真係幾似真肉嘅。另一個餐叫咗乾炒叉燒意粉配熱阿華田,味道麻麻哋,太鹹太多豉油,完全冇乾炒應有嘅香味。

另一個餐叫咗乾炒叉燒意粉配熱阿華田,味道麻麻哋,太鹹太多豉油,完全冇乾炒應有嘅香味。
