To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天一早去了大棠"賞紅葉",想不到由落車起計都行了差不多兩小時才到達...然後,出現於眼前的是一片開始枯萎的"紅葉"仔細找找其實都仍可看到少量仍然紅的紅葉..立馬決定了下年要找一天平日再來欣賞!! 落山後早餐已經被消化了,肚子餓得很,立即便想起多年前曾經嚐過的牛肉麵!去到士林台灣麵,依舊人頭湧湧,但我倆只等了10分鐘左右已可入座。點了必吃的紅燒牛肉麵及香酥雞扒,牛肉麵仍然十分出色,牛肉湯充滿牛鮮味,沒有味精的感覺牛肉則入口即溶,炆煮時間應該好長! 麵亦十分彈牙,好好味丫!!! 連湯都要喝光光,才是對烹調師的尊重嘛! 香酥雞扒不過不失,熱辣辣食就脆卜卜,就算是炸的也不會吃到整張嘴巴都是油,一點肥膩感都沒有,讚!

Other Info. : 店舖比較狹小,座位比較擠逼,喜歡慢慢用餐的朋友們要容忍一下
