我嘅旅行plan入面暫時未安排到去北海道,人未到但先嚐源自北海道嘅竹麓拉麵🍜,店家喺灣仔開咗第三間海外店,今次試咗其中兩款元祖拉麵~·和牛肉鹽醬油拉麵 HKD$128嘩個湯頭好清爽,淡淡鹽醬味道,完全唔會有油膩感,但又好香和牛嘅油脂香。和牛肉質柔軟唔韌,麵質麵身幼細帶嚼勁仲幾掛湯,推薦~·名古屋雞白湯拉麵 HKD$88湯底以系名古屋雞隻的地道雞肉製成,乳白色嘅雞湯放涼一陣會見到表面有一層油脂,係滿滿嘅骨膠原呀!雞叉燒似質軟嫩,而溏心蛋亦做得好吸睛。·茄子慢煮牛肉 HKD$78好juicy!! 咬開茄子係爆汁,仲要夾雜咗和牛嘅油香,軟腍清新的配搭。·蝦肉煮大根蘿蔔 HKD$48由蝦整成嘅醬汁好濃郁,蘿蔔索晒醬汁精華,好出色。如果蘿蔔再炆得再軟腍些會更好吃呢~·荔枝紅茶 HKD$28烏龍綠茶 HKD$26·📍竹麓拉麵灣仔莊士敦道74-80號The Johnston 地下A及B號舖A部分
