To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一行人到富豪酒店食自助餐。一入去就見到芝士同埋海鮮。可能由於六點鐘開始，我地六點幾到，所以d 野全部都仲好整齊。芝士都有好多款色，貼心地有不同生果配答。當然小不了餅乾。不過本人不嬲都對餅無乜興趣。面包蟹既膏唔算太硬！食左個蟹蓋都無問題。刺身方面都有七八款：包括八爪魚、三文魚、甜蝦、劍魚、玉子等。冷人面可以自己加紫菜、蟹籽、芝蔴，夠貼心。食埋咖哩位，凈係食左海鮮咖哩，有魷魚、蝦、青口。薄餅夠乾身唔油，抵讚羊架夠蘇，連粒蒜頭都有羊味！最欣賞係有薄荷jelly.豆付花有黃糖同糖水㨂。我兩樣都落晒，只係女覺得糖水無乜薑味（或者只係我鍾逴心薑味濃d)雪糕有MOVENRICK. 有好多味㨂。本人試左咖啡（好濃）朱古力（無乜粒粒）冧酒提子（酒味唔水濃但有冧酒味，多提子）士多啤梨（有果肉）檸檬雪芭（夠檸味）仲有勁多甜品細細份俾我㨂。咁就唔驚食唔晒，又可以試多幾隻款。埋單仲有信用卡半價優惠，真係抵到爛呀 😋
