今晚係炮台山附近經過見呢間餐廳嘅滑蛋蓋飯幾吸引,就同朋友入去試一試,唔洗等位就有得入。我就叫左個蜜汁叉燒滑蛋蓋飯,而我朋友就叫左個瑞士汁干炒牛河,另外加多個馬拉盞炒菜心同埋奶油脆豬,野飲方面就叫左兩杯凍檸茶,總共就$237。首先要讚嘅係佢個叉燒滑蛋蓋飯,蛋嘅分量好多,而且炒得真係好滑,仲有少少蛋漿,而且叉燒亦都唔會太肥。而個干炒牛河個汁亦都幾濃,河粉嘅硬度亦適中,而且份量好多,食完真係會好飽。個炒菜心亦唔錯,炒得好入味,而且唔會太軟。最好個奶油豬係新鮮出爐,十分之脆,奶油亦都好夠。
